Spinocellular papillary tumor of the underlip. It has been removed by a non specialist doctor so it relapsed. There has been an excision and surgical reconstitution.

A 42 year old man came to the surgery having a wide stagnation in the hairy part of the head due to a car accident he had 20 days earlier. This is how it looked like 25 days later.
A lot of changes in the wound and a surgical cleaning to remove the stagnated parts were needed. The great result , you can see in the picture above , was achieved by having a grafting taken from the left forearm. Four months after the removal of the bald area we put a hairy island graft .
